- 2 large onions thinly sliced into rings
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Soak the onion rings in buttermilk for 15 minutes to tenderize and add flavor.
