Topped with a crumbly mixture of flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and cold butter, it bakes to a soft, custardy interior with a crisp, sweet topping. A drizzle of powdered sugar glaze and fresh strawberries garnish the finished casserole, creating a rich, festive breakfast or brunch dish.
