- 4 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 8 lices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- maple syrup for serving
Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon in a shallow dish.
- Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides.
- In a large pan or griddle over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the bread slices to the pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
