Ingredients
- 2 Pints cherry tomatoes
- (1) 8 Ounce Container Mozzarella Balls
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup white wine vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 3 basil leaves chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl add the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
- In a separate small bowl add the olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, basil leaves, and salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing on top of the tomato and mozzarella and stir it all together.
- Serve immediately.
