Ingredients
- 4 ears corn or 3 cups frozen corn, on the cob
- 2 avocado pitted and diced
- 1 red onion finely diced, small
- 1 cup tomatoes cut in half, cherry or grape
- 1 red bell pepper finely diced
- 1/2 cilantro bunch
- cayenne pepper dash
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
