Fresh Fruit Salad

Fresh Fruit Salad combines strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and grapes gently tossed in a sweet glaze made from melted jelly, orange juice, and vanilla extract. Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberry hulled and cut in half, fresh
  • 6 ounces blueberries fresh, one clamshell container
  • 6 ounces blackberries fresh, one clamshell container
  • 2 cups grapes cut in half or left whole
  • orange juiced, half
  • 3 tablespoons jelly strawberry, currant, raspberry, sugar-free can be used too
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Clean fruit and gently pat extra water off the fruit by placing it on paper towels. Put in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl place jelly in the microwave and melt for 20 seconds or until liquid. Let cool and add orange juice and vanilla extract. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Pour jelly sauce over fruit and gently fold covering all the fruit pieces. Enjoy!
