Fresh Fruit Salad

Fresh Fruit Salad combines strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and grapes gently tossed in a sweet glaze made from melted jelly, orange juice, and vanilla extract. The salad offers a mix of soft and juicy textures with a light sweetness and citrus aroma, making it a refreshing dish for breakfast, dessert, or light snacks.

Description

This Fresh Fruit Salad features fresh berries — strawberries, blueberries, blackberries — plus grapes, all prepared by hulling, cutting, or halving as needed. The berries and grapes are combined in a large bowl for easy mixing.

The dressing is a simple warm glaze made by melting jelly in the microwave, then whisking in freshly squeezed orange juice and vanilla extract until smooth. This glaze coats the fruit lightly, adding an extra layer of sweet flavor and a subtle citrus scent.

The salad is ready to serve immediately after folding the glaze into the fruit, preserving the freshness and texture of the berries and grapes. It offers a balance of tartness and sweetness along with varying textures from the soft berries and slightly firmer grapes.
