Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries hulled and diced
  • 2 Mango diced
  • 2 cups pineapple diced
  • 4 kiwi diced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon rose water

Instructions

  1. Place all the fruit together in a bowl. Pour the orange juice and the rose water on top and toss gently to combine.
  2. Serve immediately at room temperature or chill in the fridge for one hour.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 24 hours for best quality, up to 3 days is acceptable.
  • Lemon juice can be used instead of orange juice if preferred.
