Ingredients
- 1 cup mangoes or 2 medium-sized mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped, ripe, sweet
- ¾ cup yogurt chilled, fresh, thick, whole-milk, curd
- ½ cup milk (chilled)
- 2 tablespoon sugar or to taste
- cardamom optional, freshly crushed, a pinch
Instructions
- Put mango and sugar together in a blender and blend until the mixture combines.
- Add yogurt, milk, and crushed cardamom if adding. Blend again until the mixture turns smooth. or you can blend all the ingredients together.
- Pour the lassi in the serving glasses, garnish with your choice of dry fruits or chopped mangoes, and serve immediately.
