Ingredients
- 1 lice bread (preferably crusty, Italian)
- 2 lices fresh mozzarella (or regular mozzarella)
- ¼ cup Sautéed mushrooms (more or less to your liking)
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt (or sea salt to taste)
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Toast the bread to your liking.
- Place the cheese on the bread and melt under the broiler (or in the microwave if you're dying of hunger!)
- Top with the mushrooms, salt and pepper. Heat again to warm the mushrooms and serve.

Notes
- I prefer this done under a broiler/grill, but honestly, a microwave is fine. The flavor is always amazing!
