Ingredients
- 16 ounces whole white mushrooms (sliced)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (finely grated)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (minced)
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss well. Taste for seasoning and add more salt and pepper to taste. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
