Fresh Peach Crumble

Ingredients

For the filling
  • 4 large peaches cored, peeled, and sliced thinly
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 TBS flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
For the topping
  • ¾ cup flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 medium egg beaten
  • ½ cup butter melted

Notes

  • Serve with a dollop of ice cream or whipped cream and enjoy!
