Ingredients

Servings
  • 3 cups tomato cored, seeded and chopped
  • ½ cup white onion chopped, or more, to taste, or red onion
  • 1 jalapeño cored, seeded and chopped (more or less, to taste)
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped, fresh
  • 3 tablespoon lime juice fresh
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the tomatoes, onion, pepper.
  2. Stir in the cilantro
  3. Add the lime juice and the garlic salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Best if allowed to sit for an hour or so.
