Fresh Pineapple Mango Salsa
This vibrant pineapple mango salsa combines sweet tropical fruits with jalapeño, herbs, and spices for the perfect topping or dip for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 cups pineapple this equals 1 pineapple, fresh, diced
- 1 cup Mango any variety, diced
- 3/4 cup sweet onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper remove seeds, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro minced leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin ground
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine pineapple, mango, onion, and jalapeno.
- In a smaller bowl, add cilantro, olive oil, ground coriander, cumin, salt, and minced garlic, stir well.
- Add herb and oil contents of the smaller bowl to the large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to set.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, on seafood, in tacos, or on grilled meat.
- This stays fresh in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up 4 days.
