Fresh Pineapple Salsa (Quick & Easy)

This pineapple salsa combines sweet fruit with jalapeño heat and a tangy lime dressing. Serve it with your favorite chips, as a side, or on top of grilled fish!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh pineapple finely diced
  • 1 large red bell pepper finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 Jalapeño seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference

Instructions

  1. Finely dice all the ingredients for the salsa.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss together.
  3. Cover and store the salsa in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy!
