This pineapple salsa combines sweet fruit with jalapeño heat and a tangy lime dressing. Serve it with your favorite chips, as a side, or on top of grilled fish!

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh pineapple finely diced
- 1 large red bell pepper finely diced
- 1/2 red onion finely diced (about 1 cup)
- 1 Jalapeño seeds and ribs removed, finely diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt adjust to preference
Instructions
- Finely dice all the ingredients for the salsa.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pineapple, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss together.
- Cover and store the salsa in the fridge until you're ready to enjoy!
