- 6 roma tomatoes seeded if desired
- ¼ red onion peeled
- 1 medium handful fresh cilantro
- 1 Jalapeño stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 1 large garlic clove chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 - 2 teaspoons garlic salt with parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes optional
