Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • ¼ cup sugar brown or white
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and core apples.
  2. Cut apples into bite-sized pieces, lengthwise in ¼ inch slices, or in round slices.
  3. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. and add apples.
  4. Add sugar and stir to combine with melted butter.
  5. Add apples and cook slowly for 5 to 10 minutes, turning apples once during cooking.
