Ingredients

  • 4 large granny smith apples peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced apples to the skillet, stirring to coat them with the melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the apples. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender and caramelized, about 15 minutes.
