- 4 large granny smith apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced apples to the skillet, stirring to coat them with the melted butter.
