- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 green cabbage cored and chopped, medium head
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
