Ingredients
- 750 gms calamari cleaned and cut in rings, 1.65 lbs
- all-purpose flour to coat
- salt to taste
- vegetable oil for frying
Notes
- Be careful when frying the calamari as they cause the oil to splatter and you can get burnt! I usually fry them in a deep fryer.
