  • 750 gms calamari cleaned and cut in rings, 1.65 lbs
  • all-purpose flour to coat
  • salt to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying

Notes

  • Be careful when frying the calamari as they cause the oil to splatter and you can get burnt! I usually fry them in a deep fryer.
