  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 12 eggs
  • salt and pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Brush a sheet pan with the melted butter so that it is thoroughly greased.
  2. Crack the eggs into the sheet pan. Try to space them evenly around the pan so that the yolks aren’t all together.
  3. Season the eggs with salt and pepper. Place the sheet pan in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the desired doneness of your yolks.
