Fried Mushrooms
Fried Mushrooms offer a crispy coating with a tender mushroom center, achieved by trimming small button mushrooms and coating them first in flour, then a beer-based seasoned batter. The frying process at high heat ensures a golden brown finish, complemented by a fresh parsley garnish.
