Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 6 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Combine salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Rub the mixture on all the sides of the pork chops. Make sure to distribute evenly. Let stand for 1 hour.
  3. Heat a frying pan and pour-in cooking oil.
  4. When the oil becomes hot, put in the pork chops and adjust the heat to low.
  5. Fry each side for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and serve. Share and enjoy!
