Restaurant-style fried zucchini is a family favorite! It's simply addicting, especially dipped in ranch or marinara.

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 2-3 cups milk
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs, plain or Italian
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced at an angle (about ¼ inch thick)
Instructions
- Fill a frying pan with ¼-½ inch oil and heat over medium heat to 350-375 degrees F.
- While oil is heating, place milk in a mdeium bowl, flour in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag and breadcrumbs in a seperate gallon-sized resealable plastic bag.
- Working in batches, add zucchini slices to milk, then trasnfer to the bag of flour. Shake around to coat all sides, then return slices to the milk, making sure to coat all sides with milk. Transfer slices to the breadcrumbs bag and shake around to coat.
- Fry zucchini in batches in the hot oil for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown, and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
- Repeat the process until all the slices are breaded and fried. Serve warm with dip.

- PREP AHEAD OF TIME. As with most fried foods, this zucchini is best when served immediately. You can prep the zucchini the day before and place the coated rounds on a plate. Cover it with plastic wrap, and store them in the fridge until you're ready to fry them.
- AIR FRYER DIRECTIONS. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F. Prepare zucchini according to the directions above, then place a single layer of zucchini slices in the air fryer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Flip and cook on the other side if needed.
