Fried Zucchini
This golden, crispy, and impossible-to-resist Fried Zucchini tastes restaurant-level delicious!
Ingredients
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 egg beaten, large
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 2 zucchini sliced into 1/4-inch rounds, medium
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it reaches 350°F.
- Prepare the dredging stations: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper in a third bowl.
- Dredge zucchini rounds first in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry the breaded zucchini in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
