Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn chips brand Fritos
  • 10 ounces chili
  • ¼ cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon onion chopped
Optional Toppings
  • sour cream
  • yellow mustard
  • jalapeno pepper canned or fresh, slices

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat chili in a pan or in the microwave.
  2. Place the Fritos corn chips in a bowl.
  3. Ladle hot chili on top of the Fritos.
  4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Sprinkle onions over the cheese.
  6. Top with sour cream, jalapeno slices, and mustard if desired.
