- 4 medium frozen battered cod fillets
- extra virgin olive oil spray optional

Instructions
- Place four frozen cod fillets into the air fryer basket, spreading them out. Cook the frozen fish for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
- If you feel the air fryer cod needs more of a crisp to it you can spray the tops with olive oil, but this step it optional.
- Increase the temperature to 200c/400f and cook for a further 4 minutes until crispy and golden.

- Varieties. We used four battered frozen cod fillets in the air fryer. You can swap this for haddock, or any other favourite battered fish.
