Frozen Cranberry Bars

Sweet, tart, & creamy, these frozen Cranberry Bars are the perfect no-bake dessert!

Ingredients

Crust
  • 1 ¼ cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup butter melted
Cranberry Mixture
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 3 ounces raspberry Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and mix with the graham cracker crumbs until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9x9 pan and set aside.
Cranberry Mixture
  1. Place cream cheese in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and pulse until combined.
  2. Pour mixture into a large bowl and set aside. Add cranberries to the food processor and pulse until they form small pieces.
  3. Combine cranberries with cream cheese mixture & jello in the bowl and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour into the prepared pan and freeze until firm (about 1-2 hours).
  5. Once frozen remove from the freezer and cut into 16 squares.

Notes

  • For easy removal, line the pan with parchment paper if desired. To remove from the pan easily dip 1 inch of the bottom of the pan in warm water so it loosens from the pan.
  • Use cranberry jello if you can find it. If not we like raspberry but any red colored jello will work.
  • These bars are best served frozen. Remove the pan from the freezer about 10 minutes before serving.
  • Store Cranberry Bars in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
