Frozen Hot Dog In Air Fryer

How to cook a frozen hot dog in air fryer. Cooked from frozen without thawing first, these air fryer hot dogs are so easy to air fry and perfect for serving in hot dog buns with some tomato ketchup.

  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 Frozen Hot Dogs

Instructions

  1. Let’s cook hot dogs from frozen. Place the block of frozen hot dogs into the air fryer basket and air fry for 8 minutes at 160c/320f.
  2. When the air fryer beeps, they will be semi-defrosted and you can use a knife to separate them.
  3. Air fry the hot dogs for a further 6 minutes at 180c/360f.
  4. Warm up the hot dog buns for 3 minutes at 160c/320f or if frozen increase the time to 5 minutes.
  5. Then serve the hot dogs in buns with your favourite sauces.

Notes

  • Onions. I love this frozen hot dogs air fryer recipe with some fried onions. If adding onions you can cook the onions in the air fryer before air frying your bread buns.
