Ingredients

  • 12 ounces peas and carrots frozen, bag weights may vary slightly
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed or minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley fresh or dried
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium skillet.
  2. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Simmer uncomverd for 5-8 minutes, or until all the water is almost evaporated.
