													Cooking frozen potstickers in air fryer is easy! Also called gyoza or dumplings, air fryer potstickers get crispy outside and tender inside.

                                Ingredients
- 8 ounces Potstickers FROZEN (225g) (aka gyoza, dumplings)
 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 
Instructions
- Add the frozen potstickers to a bowl and rub them all over with the oil.
 - Spread into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 180C for 7 minutes.
 - Turn each potsticker over (use tongs) and cook for a further 4 minutes or until golden all over. Check and cook a little longer if desired. Serve and enjoy!
