Frozen Potstickers in Air Fryer
This recipe shows how to cook frozen potstickers in an air fryer using just vegetable oil. The result is crispy, evenly browned dumplings with a tender filling. The method uses a short cooking time with a flip halfway, yielding potstickers that maintain their shape and texture without needing to thaw beforehand.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces potstickers FROZEN (225g) (aka gyoza, dumplings)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Add the frozen potstickers to a bowl and rub them all over with the oil.
- Spread into the basket of the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 180C for 7 minutes.
- Turn each potsticker over (use tongs) and cook for a further 4 minutes or until golden all over. Check and cook a little longer if desired. Serve and enjoy!
