Frozen Raspberry Prosecco Sangria Recipe

A large pitcher full of fresh fruit and sparkling wine goes down way too easily. Blend up this Prosecco Sangria Recipe to make the most refreshing summer slushie ever!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vodka
  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 6 oz frozen blueberries
  • 6 oz frozen raspberries
  • 3 oz simple syrup
  • 2 cups ice
  • extra berries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add the vodka, frozen blueberries, raspberries, simple syrup and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the prosecco in and continue to blend until smooth.
  4. Pour into wine glasses and garnish with fresh mint and raspberries. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you want a more traditional sangria (not frozen) use fresh fruit instead of frozen and add a can of Sprite or 7 Up and simply mix all of the ingredients together and serve over large ice cubes.
