Ingredients

Tropical
  • 1/2 cup Mango chopped
  • 1/2 cup papaya chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Green Goddess
  • 1 cup English cucumber chopped
  • 1 apple chopped
  • Handful parsley
  • Handful kale chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Banana Blueberry
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)
Berry Banana
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • handful spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups water or milk
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth; serve immediately.
Green Goddess

Notes

  • Protein: Add a boost of protein to your smoothies. These are some of my favorites: Collagen Powder and Plant-Based Protein. I usually add a protein Greek yogurt for added protein to my smoothies.
