Ingredients

  • 10 inch Graham Cracker Crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup frozen strawberry daiquiri mix thawed (I used Bacardi Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Mix)
  • 16 oz whipped topping thawed in refrigerator, divided

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese with a hand mixer until creamy.
  2. Add in daiquiri mix until well blended.
  3. Add half of the thawed whipped topping and beat in until well incorporated.
  4. Pour into the pie shell. You will have some leftover mixture.
  5. Freeze for 4 hours or up to overnight. Pipe or spread left-over whipped topping on top before serving.
