Frozen Sweet Potato Cubes In Air Fryer

Let’s cook frozen sweet potato cubes in air fryer. If you love sweet potatoes, then you will love these delicious air fryer sweet potato cubes that are cooked from frozen and taste just like they have just been roasted in the oven.

Ingredients

  • 750 g Frozen Sweet Potato Cubes
  • extra virgin olive oil spray
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Remove frozen sweet potato cubes from the packaging and load into the air fryer basket. Air fry for 12 minutes at 160c/320f.
  2. When the air fryer beeps, spray with extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Then air fry for a further 4 minutes at 200c/400f.
  4. When the air fryer beeps, load onto a side dish plate and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.

Notes

  • Temperature. Don’t be tempted to increase the temperature up as it will make the sweet potato overcooked on the outside and raw in the inside.
