Frozen Wontons In Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen potstickers
  • 1 tablespoon oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Spay the air fryer basket with oil.
  2. Remove the potstickers from the package and spray lightly with oil.
  3. Line the basket with the potstickers, making sure to keep the in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 7-9 minutes, turning over halfway through. Potstickers should be golden in color.

Notes

  • No need to thaw – go straight from the freezer to air fryer.
  • Cook potstickers in a single layer. Don’t overlap or let them touch and cook in several batches if necessary. 
  • Coat lightly with oil to avoid drying out the exterior of the dumpling. 
  • Turn the potstickers over halfway through cooking. 
  • Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for 4 days.
