Ingredients
- 12 frozen potstickers
- 1 tablespoon oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F / 204 degrees C. Spay the air fryer basket with oil.
- Remove the potstickers from the package and spray lightly with oil.
- Line the basket with the potstickers, making sure to keep the in a single layer.
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, turning over halfway through. Potstickers should be golden in color.
Notes
- No need to thaw – go straight from the freezer to air fryer.
- Cook potstickers in a single layer. Don’t overlap or let them touch and cook in several batches if necessary.
- Coat lightly with oil to avoid drying out the exterior of the dumpling.
- Turn the potstickers over halfway through cooking.
- Storage - keep leftovers in an airtight container inside the fridge for 4 days.
