Frozen Yogurt Bark

This frozen yogurt bark recipe is super refreshing, healthy, and easy to make in just 5 minutes! It features a creamy blend of Greek yogurt, honey, and whey topped with berries and chia seeds, making the perfect snack for summer.

Ingredients

  • 21.2 ounce vanilla Greek Yogurt or 4 (5.3 oz) containers of yogurt. Substitutes: Strawberry or Plain yogurt) – Use a keto yogurt such as Ratio for a low-carb treat. To make this yogurt bark vegan, use a plant-based yogurt.
  • 3 tablespoon honey or maple syrup or agave for a vegan treat, Use a sugar-free maple syrup for a keto dessert.
  • ⅓ cup whey isolate protein preferably sugar-free. Whey is OPTIONAL but recommended for a high-protein treat. Use a vegan protein powder for a vegan frozen dessert.
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds coconut flakes
  • 3 strawberries thinly sliced (or raspberries or another fresh fruite)
  • ½ cup blueberries or blackberries, or a mixed berries
  • 2 tablespoon crushed pistachios OPTIONAL (or other nut of choice, or granola)

  1. If adding whey to your frozen yogurk bark, blend it with yogurt and honey in a food processor or blender until the mixture is creamya dn homogeneous. If skipping the whey, simple mix the yogurt with the honey by hand.
  2. Then, pour the mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and spread it to form a single layer.
  3. Evenly sprinkle the chia seeds on top and arrange the berries and the nuts if using them.
  4. Transfer the baking sheet to a freezer. When the yogurt bark is completely frozen (3 hours or more), pull up the parchment paper.
  5. Using a sharp Chef’s knife, cut the bark into pieces (12-15) , and serve immediately. Enjoy! TIP: Before slicing, rinse the knife in warm water and dry well.
