Frozen Yogurt Bark with Fruit and Cereal

Try this homemade fruit and frozen yogurt bark for a healthy snack that feels more like a special dessert!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • ½ cup blueberries and diced strawberries
  • 2 cups cereal any kind

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 × 9-inch baking dish or pan with parchment paper.
  2. Pour the yogurt into the baking dish and spread it in an even layer.  
  3. Sprinkle the fruit and cereal over the yogurt and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  4. When ready to eat, lift the parchment paper from the pan onto a flat surface and carefully cut the bark into nine squares or break it into nine pieces. Serve immediately.
  5. Transfer any leftover frozen bark to an airtight container and freeze for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • The easiest way to cut the frozen yogurt is with a sharp knife, with the frozen bark over a cutting board.
