Ingredients
- 2 cups lemon greek yogurt
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries diced
Instructions
- Combine the lemon and plain yogurt into a bowl. 2 cups lemon greek yogurt, 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and plop the yogurt on into round cookie shapes. (About 1/4 cup per cookie.)
- Top the yogurt with diced strawberries.
- Place in the freezer for about 3-4 hours until firm. Then serve!
