Ingredients
- 8 strawberries halved
- 200 g watermelon cut into cubes
- 0.5 Mango cut into cubes
- 16 raspberries
- 100 g pineapple cut into cubes
- 2 kiwi cut into cubes
- 16 grapes
- 16 blueberries
Instructions
- Add a piece of each fruit to a skewer.
- Repeat with all skewers.
Cup of Yum
Notes
- Don't use fruit that is going to brown quickly if you are going to have these sat out for a little while. You can squeeze on some lemon juice to slow down the browning process, but it will add a lemon flavor.
- If you are making these for young children and using grapes, make sure to cut them length-ways before skewering.
- For extra flavor and texture, you could add grilled fruit. Grilled pineapple and watermelon is delicious.
