Ingredients

  • 8 strawberries halved
  • 200 g watermelon cut into cubes
  • 0.5 Mango cut into cubes
  • 16 raspberries
  • 100 g pineapple cut into cubes
  • 2 kiwi cut into cubes
  • 16 grapes
  • 16 blueberries

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add a piece of each fruit to a skewer.
  2. Repeat with all skewers.

Notes

  • Don't use fruit that is going to brown quickly if you are going to have these sat out for a little while. You can squeeze on some lemon juice to slow down the browning process, but it will add a lemon flavor.
  • If you are making these for young children and using grapes, make sure to cut them length-ways before skewering.
  • For extra flavor and texture, you could add grilled fruit. Grilled pineapple and watermelon is delicious.
