Fruit Mojitos Four Ways

Fruit Mojitos are so easy to make, they are also pretty and refreshing, the perfect summer drink. Check them here in four flavors.

Ingredients

Raspberry Mojito:
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 6-8 fresh raspberries
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup or 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 - 2 ounces of rum
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda or more to fill the glass
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes or crushed ice
Pineapple Mojito:
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup pineapple flesh
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup or 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 - 2 ounces of rum
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda or more to fill the glass
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes or crushed ice
Roasted Blackberry Mojito:
  • 6-8 fresh blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup optional
  • 1 - 2 ounces of rum
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda or more to fill the glass
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes or crushed ice
Watermelon Mojito:
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups watermelon chunks blended
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup or 2 teaspoons sugar optional
  • 1 - 2 ounces of rum
  • 2 fluid ounces club soda or more to fill the glass
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes or crushed ice

Instructions

Raspberry Mojito:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Add raspberries, lemon juice, sugar or simple syrup and mint leaves to a tall glass. Muddle to combine. If you want it without seeds, you can strain it.
  2. Add ice, rum and soda. Stir with a spoon to combine.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and more raspberries.
Pineapple Mojito:
  1. Add chopped pineapple, lemon juice, sugar or simple syrup and mint leaves to a tall glass. Muddle to combine.
  2. Add ice, rum and soda. Stir with a spoon to combine.Optional: add a few ounces of pineapple juice, for a more pronounced tropical flavor.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and lime or lemon wedges.
Roasted Blackberry Mojito:
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small baking dish combine blackberries, sugar and 2 tablespoon lemon juice. Stir to combine. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
  3. Add roasted blackberries, lemon juice and mint leaves to a tall glass. Muddle to combine. If you want it without seeds, you can strain it.
  4. Add ice, rum and soda. Stir with a spoon to combine.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and more fresh blackberries.
Watermelon Mojito:
  1. Fill a tall glass 1/3 with the blended watermelon, use a mesh strainer when pouring it into the glass. Add mint leaves and lemon juice, muddle to combine. Add ice and fill the glass 1/3 more with blended watermelon juice. Add rum and soda and stir to combine.
  2. Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon wedge.

Notes

  • Originally mojitos are made with lime juice. I love my mojitos with lemon juice instead of lime, but feel free to substitute.
