Fruit Salad
This fruit salad blends a variety of canned and fresh fruits, including diced apples, pineapple tidbits, pears, peaches, mandarin oranges, grapes, cherries, and bananas. The combination offers a mix of textures and sweet flavors, with the bananas added fresh just before serving to maintain their color and texture. Lemon juice is used to prevent browning of the bananas, keeping the salad fresh-looking and tasty over several days.
