Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes halved
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 2 kiwis peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange peeled and sectioned
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits by washing and slicing them as indicated, then combine them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, and lime juice until well blended.
  3. Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
