Fruit Salad with Mint
This colorful fruit salad with berries and melon is lightly sweetened with maple syrup and topped with fresh mint.
Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberry hulled and quartered
- 1 medium apple I like Pink Lady, Honey Crisp or Jazz
- ½ large pineapple chopped into chunks
- 1 medium cantaloupe chopped into chunks
- ¼ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
- 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup 100% pure
- 1 Tablespoon mint finely chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Just before serving combine all the fruit into a large bowl and gently mix. Top with orange juice, maple syrup and fresh mint. Gently stir to combine and serve.
