Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

Instructions
- Add flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Whisk together.
- Add milk, melted butter, and egg. Whisk until batter is uniform and smooth.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add ¼ cup spoonfuls to the skillet.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Fruity Pebbles onto each cooking pancake.
- When the edges of the pancakes appear dry and bubbles begin to form in the middle of the pancake, gently flip them over and cook until that side is done.
- Continue with the remaining batter.

Notes
- For the lightest, fluffiest pancakes, only mix the batter until combined. Rest batter for 30 minutes to allow flour time to aborb liquid giving you fluffier pancakes. You know it's time to flip the pancakes when the edges look dry and the pancakes are bubbly. Be sure you don't set your heat too high. You want the pancakes golden not burned. Wipe pan after every use. Make sure baking powder is fresh to ensure pancakes are fluffy.
